Pepperoni pizza

The family favorite.

INGREDIENTS for 16-18" pizza

Deli department

  • Pepperoni

  • More Pepperoni

  • Mozzarella Cheese (low moisture) - 1/2 lb

  • Provolone Cheese - 1/2 lb

Canned goods

  • Tomato sauce or pizza sauce - 7oz

Spice rack

  • Italian seasoning - 2 Tbsp


DIRECTIONS

  1. Follow the dough instructions and start here with partially cooked dough

  2. Make the pizza sauce by mixing the tomato sauce (7oz) and Italian seasoning (2 Tbsp). Spread the sauce over the partially cooked dough.

  3. Grate the cheese and blend together. Get creative and try adding small amounts of other kinds of cheese to the base blend (parmesan is a good one to add).

  4. Spread cheese blend evenly and sprinkle with Italian seasoning

  5. Add the pepperoni

  6. Add more pepperoni

  7. Bake an additional 5-7 minutes
