Prepare the flavour bomb that will be added to the pork later. This mix is more than needed for this dish, but can be stored in a sprinkle jar to be used with as a condiment for other dishes like Taiwanese fried chicken nuggets and veggies.
Spices:
Salt - 1 tbsp
Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
Cumin - 1/4 tsp
Garlic powder - 1 tsp
Szechuan pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
White pepper powder - 1 tsp
To fry the pork, set the air fryer to 350degF (180degC) and fry for a total of 20 mins. Stir once at 10 min mark.
When the pork is about done, add olive oil (1 tbsp) to a saute pan and saute the chopped garlic (2 tbsp), green onions, and pepper until fragrant.
Mix in the fried pork nuggets and sprinkle the flavour bomb condiment mix over. Stir everything together.
Serve with rice or as a shared dish.
