Shrimp ceviche

INGREDIENTS

Seafood department

  • Shrimp, large - 1lb, deveined, cooked, peeled and tails removed

Produce department

  • English cucumber - 2, seeds removed, diced 1/2"

  • Onion or red onion - 1/2, diced 1/2" or smaller

  • Tomatoes, roma - 1, seeds removed, diced 1/2"

  • Jalapeno - 1, seeds removed, finely chopped

  • Avocado, large - 1, diced 1/2"

  • Cilantro, coarsely chopped - 1 cup

  • Lemon juice - 1/4 cup

  • Lime juice - 1/4 cup

Juice aisle

  • Orange juice - 1/2 cup

Spice rack

  • Salt - 1 tsp

  • Black pepper, ground - 1/2 tsp
