Shrimp, large - 1lb, deveined, cooked, peeled and tails removed
Produce department
English cucumber - 2, seeds removed, diced 1/2"
Onion or red onion - 1/2, diced 1/2" or smaller
Tomatoes, roma - 1, seeds removed, diced 1/2"
Jalapeno - 1, seeds removed, finely chopped
Avocado, large - 1, diced 1/2"
Cilantro, coarsely chopped - 1 cup
Lemon juice - 1/4 cup
Lime juice - 1/4 cup
Juice aisle
Orange juice - 1/2 cup
Spice rack
Salt - 1 tsp
Black pepper, ground - 1/2 tsp
